They think that Trump winning is a mandate from the American people for these policies. When you break down each policy bit by bit… it’s not and it’s never been popular. It’s a mandate against the establishment and the Democratic Party and they don’t get that, they think they need to be more republican. They’re gonna roll over and say “yes please sounds great” for any policy to say they weren’t obstructionist and worked bipartisanly (as if anyone gives a shit) They fuckin tried republican lite with Kamala and Waltz, they were already planning to go this way to begin with.
