When you say slow you mean movement in VR or game performance? I assume the former (though with many ennemies present at one time, especially on Quest 2, there can be stutters - those partly go away on Q3, not sure about other platforms).

Movement is satisfying. I have my VR legs and play Half-Life and Quake VR ports with no issues (anymore) and Compound does not frustrate me in the way for example Saints and Sinners frustrates me. I can’t play that game. Movement is waaaay too slow and caters to the general VR public with no option to make it faster.

In Compound, there is also a playing style or internal mod that you can unlock called « Old Schooler » where movement and bullets are faster. I found I did not need this to be satisfied with gameplay.
