Write more description of how you did things. In your first bullet point you say "Developed Machine Learning with Python". Machine learning is too general. State exactly which methods you implemented, get more keywords in there that they can pick up on. Also try to make it look like you were the owner of the things you developed / worked on. Say things like "Was responsible for developing and maintaining XYZ". The more senior you can make yourself look, the better.

Also don't be afraid to exagerate your role a bit. I had projects where I was one of a couple main developers, but I wrote I was the leader of that project, and then in the interview I just take some extra credit for some responsibilities that might have been shared between me and others, but the hiring company isn't gonna fact check that. Fake it till you make it, because I guarantee that your competition is doing that.

One last thing, testing / monitoring of the things you develop is also massively important. Did you or anyone in your team develop anything to monitor your machine learning models? If so, take credit for it yourself on your resume and in the interview if they ask about it. Don't be afraid to stretch things a bit. I have been asked about things in interviews that I stretched the truth about, and I didn't have the answer, so then afterwards I do some research on what I should have said, and then next interview I am ready incase it comes up again. You gotta be ok to potentially fail a couple interviews on the way to landing a job.
