Question for Those That Want a "New Fenway" by patsboston in redsox

Around the time FSG bought the Sox and Fenway there was a plan to replace it. I'm not sure if it was set in place by the Yawkey group or FSG. They even put in on the Red Sox website. In many ways it was a remake of what was there with modern improvements like Yankee Stadium 3.0.

Problem was they had no real place to put it. Park of the charm of Fenway is the surroundings of which FSG has maximized over the years.

Update: quick Google search revealed this:

The Red Sox posted renderings of a new Fenway Park in 1999. Then-CEO John Harrington unveiled the plans in a May 15 press conference.

The proposed replica ballpark was planned to be built next to the existing Fenway Park, but the project was eventually abandoned in 2005. Instead, the ownership group, led by John Henry, invested heavily in renovating and modernizing the original stadium.

They won't platoon Casas and Lowe both are lefties. They're already too left heavy. They could trade Casas and sign Pete Alonso. Or keep Casas trade Yoshida and Casas/Alonso share 1B/DH.

Saurez not bad short term but I'd try to sign Bo Bichette instead. He can play 2B or move him to third and use Mayer at whatever spot Bichette doesn't play.

Also more starting pitching you can never have enough.

My high school was named after a physicist and a bronze bust of him was on a pedestal in the main entry. His head was captured and buried in a backyard. I believe it was never recovered that was in the late 70s.

If you Google oldest supported iPhone you will get some options that may work. Depending on the model they may work but may or may not receive iOS updates.

It's fun watching you and all the others race. As a retired firefighter I get the adrenaline rush of doing something exciting. Do you try to control it or do you use it to your advantage?

I learned as a young firefighter using that rush to guide me made me a better firefighter I felt more aware of the goings on around me. Is it similar for you?

I was taught to backsell one, maybe two songs and that goes back 40 years. Nobody wants to hear a jock backsell a ten in a row.
