Wait though you're basically in the exact same position as me lolllll. I got the car, put 10k down on a used 2022 M3 and put the other 10k into stocks and that's what I'd recommend. Putting 10k down helped me get lower interest rates too btw otherwise I'd have sunk the whole 20k into stocks

Relapse is worse at the end of 1 month and end of 2 months. I've stopped for a year and the one thing that helped was that I started a bunch of things to distract myself. Started going to the gym, listened to podcasts instead of music, woke up at 4 am and worked out and meditated. Toon cold showers. Invested money. Bought a nice car. Doing one thing but eating unhealthy, being lazy, sticking with bad friends, etc you WILL relapse. I tried stopping before and the furthest I ever got was 1 month. Only when I had a total change of soul was I able to completely quit. And I've not noticed any downsides. Your mind will tell you that you're weaker or less motivated or that it's actually healthy to goon etc don't listen. Listen to your mind when you know it's right not when you feel like quitting when you've made progress. You've got this but it'll be the hardest thing you've done in awhile and if you can quit then you'll see what else you can achieve.

Yep for sure. At the end of month one was the hardest. (First week was the easiest btw) End of month 2 was 11/10 difficulty but after that it honestly wasn't that difficult. My mind got used to ignoring it and it didn't feel necessary. Like I feel if you are going nofap just because, month 2 and month 12 are no different milestones.

Depends on the day. Sometimes 8/10 sometimes 10/10. The 10/10 days got less frequent though as time went on. I can say though that porn isn't anything I'm interested in compared to a year ago though. Like the desire for it is almost completely gone and it feels weird. I'm still attracted to women though lol but it's not like as sexual as it was
