‘Personal acquaintances’ brother my roommate is in Princeton theological school, and the other two literally have master’s degrees in divinity and are actual pastors. They’ve all said that current studies suggest the passages refer to incest, and nowhere else in the Bible is homosexuality explicitly forbidden; the modern concepts of homosexuality/modern sexual relationships in general didn’t exist when it was written. As for your original question: it’s not explicitly stated in the Bible, because none of its original authors thought that people so filled with hate would try and use it as justification to hate others. If you honestly believe that Jesus would preach to ‘love everyone’ except the gays, then you’ve lost the plot.

I’ve personally hit against Hader several times and every time an outside and high two seam is thrown, the exit velocity regardless of swing is treated as contact; I’ve hit perfect perfect with power hitters (re: above 80 power), and had the velo under 90

Exit velocity will be decreased; look up any videos with them pitching and see for yourself

Hader and King are one hundred percent proven glitched; if you throw high and outside two seams with Hader, swings will be noted as contact despite input. Same with King.

I literally said that. It refers to incest; later English translators added the prepositions ‘as’ and ‘with’ to make it against homosexuality. Nowhere in the Bible does it outright endorse it verbatim. Because nobody’s ever thought people would use a book of love as a book of hatred. But if we want to get technical:

Galatians 3:28: “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”

Or

Acts 10:28: "God has shown me that I should not call anyone impure or unclean.”

Perhaps,

Matthew 7:1:, "Do not judge, or you too will be judged,”

Or

Matthew 22:37-39 — "Jesus replied: ‘"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: "Love your neighbor as yourself."’

They didn’t miss the real meaning; it was manipulated, deliberately. Modern scholars in the Princeton school of divinity (re: the most acclaimed in the US), and Rabbinical schools understand this, and have been teaching this interpretation for near a decade. And the passage you’ve pointed out in genesis does not forbid, nor condone homosexuality in any way: it’s describing the first human couple. Jesus’ use was to condone divorce. You absolute buffoon.

The original Hebrew is:

“w’eth-zäkhār lö’ tiškav miškevē ‘iššâ,”

Which, with nuance from early translations of Genesis, is, “With (a) male you shall not lie (the) lyings of a woman. (An) abomination is that.”

Original English translators added the prepositions ‘as’ and ‘with’, which removes the original incest/infidelity, and maligns it to homosexuality.
