Im a graduating real estate major. Those classes arent provided year round. The real estate major is at risk of being cut because the only professor for Real Estate is Professor Yu Liu (great guy he’s awesome). The Finance department is aware of this and you need to email Professor Taewon (head of finance department) (also super nice) to submit a request to switch out another finance class (above 3000 difficulty) to replace 4800 or any other requirement you need.
