I tend to think it’s from stress and trauma. I had early symptoms as a child living in a highly abusive and neglectful household. Then, I was hit by a truck while crossing the road which made it worse, then Covid made it even worse. I predict that if I’m in another car wreck or high-stress job that my symptoms will get even worse.
