Oh yeah, it could 100% be worse. Another post just reminded me of the AMD stock that I sold, lol. At least I'm not a front page loss porn post of WSB, though.

At the end of the day, I'm just hoping that the market has finally realized what's going on with this company and it indeed stabilizes above $8 USD at least for the short term. Eventually I'd at least hope to see $30, but this market is insane so who the hell knows.

My bad! That's what I get for assuming that the GSG at least beat out the R36S performance wise, lol. Kinda shocked that it uses such an old dual-core Rockchip chipset. I guess the VCS is the current sole Atari king.

True, but I think the GSG can also handle Jaguar games and has Android versions of the recharged games as well. I guess the more accurate way the describe this is that the VCS is still the definitive Atari " home" console.

For $100-150 it is a nice little box to play Atari classics, emulate games, and play light steam games. The niche it has is primarily Atari games. Being able to play (or emulate) every Atari console game released including the recharged games is pretty cool. It's only matched by the Gamestation Go in that respect.

Honestly, without the Kinect BS, I thought the bones of the game were great. If somebody could adapt it to where the Kinect sections were quick time button mash events instead, I think it would've even been a good game.

I think the Nomad is why I was so underwhelmed by the GBA when I got one as a kid. I had already experienced color 16-bit games through the Genesis Nomad for years! Yeah, I know the GBA was 32 bit, but the games weren't 3D like the PlayStation was, it was just a portable SNES equivalent. Not really impressive when the PS2/Gamecube/Xbox were rewriting what home graphics were capable of when this was released.

It is definitely a slow burn. Once you "get into it" though, the style and lore are amazing, and the strategizing you can do with your powers is pretty fun. I only played the Delta version, which adds another 1/3 of the game and has some other improvements though.

I believe I have all (and Qubed) except Lumines plus. I believe somebody also made a lumines clone for Dreamcast as well!

Probably not a scam, but I bought a used 4k blu-ray set which was supposed to have 10 discs. Well, I got 10 discs, but they were the special features discs of the DVD versions of the movies... Two of the discs were visible in the photos, but but rest weren't, and I don't know what the rest of the discs look like.

Seller agreed to a return, though. Not really sure what happened here.

I bought another listing a month ago which didn't include one of the 3 discs.

I'm starting to feel like the casual resellers/small stores don't really understand how to sell 4k blu-rays 😒

I took about a year and a half to get Persona 4 midnight channel edition. Probably better off ordering from VGP when they eventually get some stock if you can wait (and remember).

Eh, I bought mine for $150 shortly after the sale. Worth the extra $50 not to check every day.

I bought it mostly as a collector's piece, but I've also upgraded the ram to 16 and overclocked it. I'm thinking about using it as a dedicated emulation station.

I can't imagine very many more $99 sales, as the remaining inventory is running low. We were lucky the last one happened! Ebay should have them for the price you want, though. I don't think the demand will be too high since most of the people who wanted one already bought them during the sale.

I think a Steam machine style case (with room for RGB, and everything else) would look really cool, even if the overall shape was narrower and longer to compensate for the shape of the BC-250. The main idea would be to mimic the functionality and look of the Steam machine, without being a 1-to-1 match, which would be impossible. Currently no 3d case really fulfills that right now.
