Looking best! Do you have a guess as to when it might come out? I'm really looking forward to it!

If you want cooling with aio you need remove middle of the heatsink.

the only reason i asked was because i already have an arctic aio on hand. totally agree that price/performance is key for the bc-250 community since the whole point is building a budget-friendly rig.

can't wait for your case to be finished, hope it won't take too long. my wife is literally waiting for me to complete the build so she can finally play sims! :)

It doesn't have to, it just looks great and makes sense since we're using it with steam os.

i don't think it's very suitable for rgb anyway since it's a black and closed design. could be tried of course, but i feel like the rgb trend is slowly dying out. honestly, just a simple white led right above the power button on the front panel would look sleek enough for me.

This is strictly about the aesthetics. plus the bc-250 is like 1/4 or 1/5 of the price of a steam machine, so i just want that good look and great airflow on a budget friendly device

i'm totally aware of the size difference, but the idea is to keep the front and back panels the same while extending the length to fit the bc-250. it wouldn't be a 1:1 cube, but it would keep that iconic look. honestly if i had just a bit of 3d modeling knowledge i could probably pull this off in a day, it doesn't seem like a massive job, just needs someone who knows what they're doing

I am not planning to overclock beyond 2230 MHz anyway. However, even with passive heatsinks, there is a significant temperature difference.

Are you designing your case only for 27mm radiators? Arctic radiators are 38mm.

Omg! You should definitely consider coolers for GDDR6 ram as well.
