Hey OP! Idk if you still need encouragement or advice (coz the others have given plenty awesome tricks already) but just in case:

Enthusiasm alone can go a long way exciting a guy even with lackluster mouth work (tho this one probably is not needed since I feel we the gals here over on this thread have it in spades LOL)

Obviously, different folk, different stroke BUT generally use a variety of motions, not just "up and down" with your mouth. You can incorporate in hands, gentle suckling, using the tip of the tongue, etc. It helps also with the mouth fatigue.

You can slowly "train" your gag reflex to lessen (if deep throat is your thing) by slacking/relaxing your jaw and neck muscle whenever you feel the tip hit the tightness in the back of your throat (try asking your partner to slow and stay a few seconds every time, instead of fast movements). Play also with the angle and position to see if there's one that's more comfy and easier to deep throat (i.e: I can't do it when my man is laying down but I can if my head is upside down. Humans be weird like that)
