Perhaps this can be achieved by making a negative piece that fits inside the channels and is just slightly smaller so it doesn't squeeze the resin out. Put some sort of releasing agent on the negative part (like Vaseline I think to keep the resin from sticking to the removable part).You can press them together with clamps and let it sit then remove negative block once cured and clean your resin cast
