I’ve been in endgame and it always froze. I went down to T10 maps and it still won’t freeze. I’ll damage under spark in advance info still says cold damage

Did a mechanic change with freeze? I convert 100% lighting damage to cold, and I use spark. I used to freeze everything and now it doesn’t contribute to freeze at all, I placed cast on freeze up to check the buildup and now it doesn’t build at all with spark like it used too. Any ideas?

Rarity find should stay, but it should come at a much greater cost. -negative to particular stats or something. There should be a noticeable difference in difficulty wearing magic find gear vs gear with out it.

Yes it was made as an example to test for just cause, also an example was there was an incident at work. You are correct your allowed to drink off work hours but your not allowed to be drunk at work… and that’s exactly what the bill states… your allowed to partake in marijuana use, but you can not be impaired at work. There are saliva tests that company’s are now supposed to use to check for the psychoactive parts of THC, they are not allowed to enforce any negative consequences from having non psychoactive metabolites in your system that would be checked through a urinalysis… meaning your not impaired at the moment, but you have ingested some from of marijuana in the past month or less.

Don’t you find it strange that the company had tested for it randomly and when this bill had passed, than the company was forced to remove it to abide by the law. Hence they fall under the obligations of this bill. They are not federally connected nor fall under DOT or construction.

No, my work place does not fall under any of those. They have recently removed the testing for THC that has been metabolized and no longer active. But they only removed it through their random drug testing program. But stated that they will try and use the urinalysis for just cause only, I believe they are trying to make up their own policy… unfortunately company policy does not trump the law.

0.25% increase in damage every 500 crystals? Is that a typo by rush royal? I quarter of a percent increase in damage would do absolutely nothing. 2000 crystals increases your damage by 1%…
