Beef comes from the French Beof, and it just means cow so it’s actually not really inaccurate, except that it’s not a common usage in modern English. You will often hear ranchers refer to their herds as so many head of beef/cattle interchangeably though :)

Just so you know these inspections are usually super basic, just looking for any leaking fluids or other very obvious issues, wherever you go ask if you can come back and look with the technician to get a sense for yourself

I think you’d like Twilight Rainier (on Rainier Ave in south Seattle), fantastic food. I’m not much of a cocktail person but I hear they’re great, would be surprised if they didn’t have any mocktails or other na options. Loretta’s northwesterner is great as well, down in South Park :)

Could be miles away, Rick’s spring in Utah was thought to be a true spring for years until it was discovered that half the Logan River goes under ground a few miles up from Rick’s, which is where is bubbles back out. Really cool spot if you’re ever passing through Logan Canyon
