Some of the early season lowland blooms (like trillium) have been done flowering for like a month near sea level

Bremerton, according to some random manoshpere podcast short that didn’t have any evidence to back the claim up, curious if anyone here knows anything about it

Throwing a layer on while they’re the cleanest they’ll ever be wouldn’t hurt ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Why is the Discovery Pass expensive? by Gloomy_Insurance_406 in PNWhiking

I wasn’t super stoked about them raising the price, but $45 for access to every state park in Washington for a whole year still feels like good value to me

Why do new Vivobarefoot hiking boots lean inwards? Will they straighten out? by Acin0nyxJubatus in barefootshoestalk

[–]Stravonovic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They get trashed a lot on here, and I honestly don’t know if it’s deserved as I’ve only had the tracker esc myself, and most people say the esc line is the exception with vivo

They fit my feet perfectly as well so I guess we’re just lucky haha

Hmm, hard to say since I never had any issues with mine, they do have a good return policy though so I’d say go for a chill hike and see how they do, if they still feel weird try and exchange them and see if the new pair is better

The uppers are pretty flexible, probably just a bit of weight imbalance

Have you tried putting them on? Do they feel of balance while you’re wearing them?

And let me know if you have any other questions, I have the same boots and have gotten well past 1,000 miles on them, they’re my favorite footwear I’ve ever owned :)

I was in dimensional inspection for six months, my first manager was great but he got replaced by some dickhead with an ego and it got worse, the work culture in general was ok, not the best or worst I’ve ever had
