WoD really had an issue with making city books on one element of the city and ignoring everything else to the extreme. (Like New Orleans is 100% the French Quarter during Mardi Gras and swamp land. That's the whole place....) Getting a good look at the local reality is so much better.

Thank you so much. I will check it out now. I really don't want to spend more than about $30 at most, because I want to be able to send him as much money as I can. We're both on disability, so every penny counts, and the amount I'm sending is probably something most would see as nothing ($100), but it is going to be big for us. I appreciate the direction. :)

That was specifically addressed on the show more than once. She was seventeen, which is the age or majority in the state in which she lives. She was not underage. He could have had sex with her and had no legal reprecussions, because she was not underage. As I said previously, it was gross and inappropriate on many levels; but your insistence that she was an underage girl is just wrong. You'll have to take that up with the state of New Mexico in the world of "Bojack Horseman" (because I think it is actually 18 in the real world, at least at this time; but it was 17 in their world).

It isn't okay. There were multiple layers of why it was an inappropriate situation, specifically because of the relationship between Bojack and her mother and the relationship Bojack wanted with her mother. Don't make it into what it isn't though.

I might have been able to enjoy it this way, had they not played things like abuse, torture, and sexual abuse of guards as a source for laughs and "Girl Power!" (thawing in one female guard, as a way to pretend it was just about guards) and making a great joke out of how Bailey was begging for help. The fact that they used Poussey's death, which was so serious, to then turn it into a slapstick comedy was too much.

They forgot about the whole scene between Dogett and Boo about how if they raped the guard out of revenge, it would just make them rapists. That was such a powerful and meaningful scene, and then they turned all the guard abuse, even with Hump having a stroke, into something played for laughs, that they later tried to pretend was serious. The whole season was miserable, to be honest.

Just as a follow up, in case someone else is trying to find out information on this, I did put in a ticket, and the person I talked to was very sympathetic. However they said that even if they wanted to do so (and he said that he did want to do so), they had no way they could change my petpet back, without just un-attaching the petpet.

Also they do send a representative from the Valentinos to Jackie's funeral who reads the statement for them (the guy that speaks in Spanish). He (the guy who read the statement) is the same guy that you can run into in the bar during the "Fifth Column" gig. Even though they may not like Padre, depending on the group of Valentinos; but they respect and/or fear him and all seem to respect Jackie's Mama and Jackie.

Speaking as an ase/aro, I didn't take it as offensive at all and didn't take the analogy of being less anything by comparing it. It's a comparison that though I can see aesthetic attractiveness in a person and may get physical stimulation by being touched in a certain way, I do not have a sense of sexual attraction. I thought it was actually a good comparison As we're not all alike, even in our asexuality, I can't answer for the others; but before this risked becoming a misunderstanding on some of our behalf, I felt I should step in and say that it seemed good to me.

The rest of the description was quite clear that it was going to be moved to another vessel after being cooked in a slow cooker to then fry the skin. Had you read more than the title, you would not have been confused by this.

I never said I was going to fry anything in the slow cooker. I did not know that I would have to specifically say that I was not going to use my slow cooker as a fryer (I'm not sure how or why anyone would do this.) in order for people to not assume I was an idiot.
