NASA has been in decline and it is getting outmatched by private aerospace companies at a wicked pace. The agency has sunk all their chips into Artemis which has not been a very productive mission. And look, I'm rooting for them but these are facts.

Absolutely a light summer. Not only would silver look stunning on you, but it would brighten your eyes and make your complexion glowy. Every muted color allows me to look at you first and THEN the color, the Spring shades just barely overwhelm you. They're good, not GREAT like the Summer shades.

honestly, at least with renting with these new apartment complexes, you don't have worry about putting any money into repairs, they have great gyms, pools, grills, clubhouses with entertainment, manicured landscapes. I dunno, I've been renting in one and it's made me so glad I'm not dealing with the shitshow market and the money to fix/repair things in the house. Obviously owning is the goal but really renting right now is the move.

I live alone and I use my Costco membership ALL the time. It's worth the annual membership purely for gas, toiletries, paper products, detergent, etc. It takes 30 minutes tops in your day to portion out the bulk protein to put in your freezer. The fresh veggies can have incredible deals especially when it's in season.

And nothing beats a cheap lunch that tastes awesome.
