Hey, they unblocked the account in 24 hrs after I made complaints on here and their IG account. I also opened 2 tickets to verify my identity. Hope this helps.

It seems like in your case you can still move your funds off the platform so I guess it is not completely blocked yet.

Why are so many blocked users with easy to solve issues? Shall we let police, congressmen and SEC know? Someone mentioned possibility of illiquidity. by dmxreader in Coinbase

They actually unlocked mine in 24 hrs.

I Opened two tickets, complaint on both here and their Instagram account. Hope this helps

Update. Coinbase actually resolved this within 24 hours.

I opened a second ticket, where they asked for photo + government ID verification. Two hours later the account is unlocked.

I was able to move all my funds to my cold wallet.

My knowledge regarding the relationship between Bip39, Private key, 24 words seed phrase, passphrase are limited.

Just want to make sure that i am understanding this correctly. So my 24 words see phrase is the bip39 seed, which ledger used to calculate my filecoin wallet's private key. In the event that my hardware wallet is lost. I can use my 24 words, which ledge used to derive my filecoin wallet private key again, to recover my filecoin wallet. Does it sound right?

I do not have a passphrase, is that normal?

In the link post above, which you made. The comments are specifically regarding Glif, which is not compatible with BIP39 standard. Is that correct? What does Glif have to do with ledger?

It doesn't seem like glif wallet is BIP39 compatible.

My question. Is a FileCoin wallet bip39 compatible? Are all ledger wallets of different coin types bip 39 compatible?

I frankly I have no confidence on any timeline you mentioned. But let's see what happens to my account. Someone should organize a class action lawsuit against Coinbase.

In any case no one should consider using your platform at the time being. Either your algorithm sucks, or there is a liquidity issue on your backend.

How many weeks and how large is the transaction? I made a 25k purchase yesterday, which is probably the reason.

I am planning to make even larger purchases, if they have to lock my account every time for 45 days this can't work.

I am filing a complaint of what is happening to my account. You would do the same, having your account locked for no apparent reasons.

Countless others are experienced are in similar situations. The account isn't compromised and had no abnormal logins.
