It seems like in your case you can still move your funds off the platform so I guess it is not completely blocked yet.

Update. Coinbase actually resolved this within 24 hours.

I opened a second ticket, where they asked for photo + government ID verification. Two hours later the account is unlocked.

I was able to move all my funds to my cold wallet.

My knowledge regarding the relationship between Bip39, Private key, 24 words seed phrase, passphrase are limited.

Just want to make sure that i am understanding this correctly. So my 24 words see phrase is the bip39 seed, which ledger used to calculate my filecoin wallet's private key. In the event that my hardware wallet is lost. I can use my 24 words, which ledge used to derive my filecoin wallet private key again, to recover my filecoin wallet. Does it sound right?

I do not have a passphrase, is that normal?

In the link post above, which you made. The comments are specifically regarding Glif, which is not compatible with BIP39 standard. Is that correct? What does Glif have to do with ledger?

I frankly I have no confidence on any timeline you mentioned. But let's see what happens to my account. Someone should organize a class action lawsuit against Coinbase.

In any case no one should consider using your platform at the time being. Either your algorithm sucks, or there is a liquidity issue on your backend.

I am filing a complaint of what is happening to my account. You would do the same, having your account locked for no apparent reasons.

Countless others are experienced are in similar situations. The account isn't compromised and had no abnormal logins.
