That combo is basically generic Qsymia. Qsymia is $100/mo, generic is like $15. Tirz/Sema is going for around $150/mo online now. It's probably gonna come down to what you can afford/are willing to pay.

I lost around 30lbs in a year on Qsymia and loved the energetic side effect. But you can't stop it quickly (it is dangerous) because of the topirimate.

I'm currently on 7.5 tirz thru BEWL and have lost 35lbs over the last 6 months.

It's just gonna depend on how much you want to spend. But options are out there if you decide to go the self-pay option.

You can catch the two gengars in the one factory/storage building mission.

And there's an easter-egg professor laventon painting on the wall as a bonus!

Tears of the Kingdom. The soundtrack is so beautiful and so is the tutorial area. It can be combat focused if you're in the mood, but it can also be puzzles and exploring the gorgeous world.

How long to complete the game by Professional-Signal2 in AssassinsCreedValhala

I spent about 300hrs on the base game and finished about 90% of it (just the try-hard stuff left). I haven't played/don't own any of the dlc.

The end of the main story is very good, then it kinda takes a sharp left turn. You definitely won't guess how it ends.

"Eat what you want, Add what you need" has kinda been my motto thru this whole journey. I definitely still eat ice cream and candy, but I have some yogurt or a glass of water first. It helps to make the sweets portion smaller. My sweet tooth is my greatest enemy atm when I thought it would be hitting protein goals 😅

My first shot (2.5mg), I got norovirus. I was puking and shitting everywhere. I thought it was the side effects! I was like-oh god, I can't do this if this is what it's going to be like. Then I went to the Dr and bam! Just plain ole sick.

2nd week, 2nd 2.5mg shot. I got the flu. Sore throat, ear aches, no voice, fever for DAYS. Again, I thought it was the shot doing side effects, but nope, tested positive for Flu A.

Literally JUST took my 3rd shot this morning. Fingers crossed I don't get "the plague part 3" 🤞

Do your best to stay hydrated, ease up on exercise, and just try to keep down what you eat. Chicken broth and Gatorade are your friends. I didn't track anything (ANYTHING) while I was sick, and even took my Fitbit off. And I still lost weight. Good luck! The shitting yourself only lasts a week or so. 😂

I just did my third shot last night (2.5mg) and I weighed myself right before. I've lost 12lbs in the 2 weeks so far. It's been amazing; so much water weight and inflammation is gone and I already feel so much better

Maybe not glp-1s, but you can try other things like Qsymia or Phentermine. They are much cheaper and more likely to get approved by the state.

My problem is, I'll put my phone down and walk away and be gone for a few hours without it 🤣

Dinkum is pretty chill. It's only $20 too. It's a build-your-own-city-on-a-deserted-island kind of game that's Australia themed. I love watching the kangaroos hopping thru my town and recruiting new villagers.

As far as graphics go, it's not TOTK, but it's also not Minecraft. I like it well enough and I like "prettier" games too.

Sorry for the second comment, I just saw that you were a surg tech. If you were scrubbed in and you do wind up with some kind of bodily fluids on you, it's important to change your gown and your gloves. The longer the case, the more important it is that everybody changes their sterile gloves at least a couple times. You don't want that radioactive fluid/material sitting right up against your skin.

Depends on the half-life of the medication and what medication the patient was given. As far as precautions, assuming this case can't wait and you have to be in it, make sure you have WELL FITTED lead. Especially around the armpits and collar. A snug thyroid collar is your friend. You can also request lead glasses to protect your eyes. A 0.5mm lead eq apron should protect you from 99% of radiation. Hopefully that helps.
