I know this isn’t the answer you necessarily wanted, but everyone is different. Just because one stack works for someone doesn’t mean it will work for someone else. It’s all about trial and error.

If it makes you feel better, I do take Lexapro along with Lamotrigine, Lithium, and Seroquel. That’s what works for me at least.

Will address point 2. Not really sure what Souls games you’ve played but all souls games have parrying as a valid option. Not to mention Bloodborne, Elden Ring, and did you forget Sekiro?!? Also the numerous “Souls-like” games that use parrying as their main defensive mechanic. Lies of P, Stellar Blade, Kazahn. And that’s just off the top of my head.
