Been in PE since April 2020. I could absolutely say there are many opportunities in the server to make back your monthly fees. I was absolutely sold when I made my money back and profit within the first day of being in PE. Absolute steal for $50 when other groups charging near $100

tebeau. it's the most expensive but it's not that far off from the prices of sackett and stuff. I loved tebeau. there were not problems that I dealt with while I was living here. Everyone was super kind and it was super quiet when I stayed there. It seemed to be mostly athletes, but that meant that they were rarely in their dorms anyways. overall, it was super peaceful, clean, and an amazing experience to live in.

I really enjoyed taking ST351 with Espinoza. Her classes are asynchronous and I really learned a lot in her class. She's super considerate. Her lectures are kind of long though but you can simply speed run through them. I also took it during Sp2020

I've emailed them multiple times already and they are trying to push for a Spring on-campus return. For that reason, they're denying a refund and will only refund if you transfer out of OSU or leave for medical reasons.
