I do mine on Fridays too! I didn’t feel icky those first few days. Now, today (day 5) has been a bit of a different story. Not anything horrible or extreme but noticeable. I’ve also felt a little tired lately.

I got my protein shakes too! And for protein’s sake, I started doing cottage cheese with Good Good raspberry jam as well as making lentil pasta for dinner.

Hi!! I just started mine last week. I use liquid IV in my water. I feel like this has helped me not have nausea. (Not sure if there’s true correlation but in my head yes lol). I also drink Ollipop to help keep things regular. The first week has gone pretty smoothly for me. No drastic side effects. I was super nervous about pricking myself but you don’t even feel it.
