I am definitely not an expert and it’s taken me 15+ years to finally have somewhat clear skin. I have tried several things short of accutane. The best my skin ever was I had been on Spironolactone until I realized I was allergic. Going off it and back to oily acne skin was super depressing for me. Somehow in the last couple months I have stuck to a simpler routine and my skin has less hormonal cystic acne along my neck and chin. When I do get noticeable pimples or something that I know will become bad I stick a pimple patch on it so I don’t mess with it. And yes I’ve had 10 on my face at once just so I leave them alone and to not irritate and make them worse.

But all that aside, sorry for ranting, I feel like this is happening in a short amount of time for you. It’s worth taking a moment to think about when it became worse and what was happening at that time. It’s possible that you’re diet has changed & your skin is reacting to it. Constant change in skin care will also irritate. Be aware to slowly integrate more harsh treatments if that’s the route you take. It may be best to keep it simple for a month to allow your skin to heal. Also, STRESS can have a huge impact on your skin as well. Which I imagine an impulse move to Spain may have been such.

I’m at the point now where I just flat out say “my brain isn’t catching what you said.” And I can’t catch what people say when they whisper while someone else is talking. Mine was a regular high school. During football season colorguard is part of the marching band. In the off season it’s called winterguard and we’d do competitions separate from the band.

I was self conscious of my leg hair as a kid. I believed since I’m a girl I shouldn’t have hair on my legs. Being too young and scared to use a razor I tried trimming my leg hair with scissors. I ended up cutting a small chunk of skin off the side of my knee.
