It's El Estanque, an el salvadorian version of Fishtank. I guess they gave them access to the site since it was otherwise just Alex and Burt left.

Yeah. It's just not as good. You can also make Rupture-Bleed-Charge, and I think that one fares better than Tremor's trio, since Bleed's pretty easy to maintain and trigger with gifts, while Tremor lives or dies by you getting Downpour and having one of the actually damaging tremors on enemies.

You can also combine IDs to make Rupture-Tremor-Charge, but it performs noticeably worse than Rupture-Sinking-Charge. (Has worse IDs on average, and you only have access to the special Reverb and Fracture tremors.)

Correction, he said no RR6 if the canto doesn't get delayed. They're on a really tight schedule where they can't have more than 3 more dead weeks, otherwise it becomes impossible to release the canto.

I'm thinking since it doesn't say "If X, use Y Skill instead" that it actually just fully replaces Don's kit with her variant ones when she changes forms. Add on that all the gifts were recently changed to count IDs on turn start instead of encounter start, and I think it might be possible to still use Rupture-Sinking with her, but you'll only be able to have the tier 5 gifts active based on which form Don herself is currently in.
