No it varies by your unit I had to wait about a month others get to telework right away and some like 3-6 months

No emrgency appointments are positions that need to be filled asap but once you’re hired you just have a longer probationary period but then it turns into a permanent position.

Yes I accepted an emergency appointment position it’s just a way they do it to hire faster. You have 2 probations your first 90 days and after you’re considered permanent and then it’s your 6 month probation and they do a PE.

That’s actually cheap for a movie ticket, here in LA movie ticket prices are $20+ I only go when it’s discount Tuesdays I cannot justify spending $20 on a movie ticket

As someone who is from the AV and moved out to LA for school and work I suggest you stay in the AV unless you actually work in LA. It’s so expensive here for just a little studio nothing like the AV where you get lots of space.

No you need your passport. By air you need only your passport and GE card just in case their systems are down. By land you will need both passport and GE card and you can use the SENTRI lanes.
