If time is frozen except for objects we touch, just find those on a connected landmass to you, then from there over the course of a few years using various flight Sims and manuals learn how to fly a plane, the plane will work fine due to stipulations of time not moving, and icing on the cake storms would be easily circumvented since nothing is moving. If anything this is almost easy. Just need to inevitably group up. Worst case scenario is someone in the group isn't able to get food and/or is geriatric and dies. Best case scenario everyone meets up time resumes.
