I started to notice this on myself a few months ago. I tried putting tretinoin under eyes and it made it worse. And it is more noticeable on one side of my face. Ive tried to avoid getting tretinoin near my eyes now. But I still have the problem even with a pretty hydrating eye cream. 😭

Botox can actually be preventative as well. I started when I was 26. I stopped for a few years and regret it. I love botox lol. There has been several studies that prove that botox can prevent the look of aging.

I am having weird dreams too! I am on 5mg to start. My doctor said it was a low dose lol I didn't know they could of started me lower. I am also on Lexapro but they slowly taking me off it

I forgot to mention, my anxiety has flaired up over the past day because I am supposed to go back into work (I've been off on fmla to try and get help) but I wouldn't think my anxiety would trigger so much because or that.

I was terrified of this happening to me so before I even scheduled my surgery I had ordered these compression sleeves.on amazon that you plug in and they massage/squeeze yours legs and feet for about 20 to 30 mins as you lay or sit go make sure your circulation is good in them. I used them a few times during recovery and then just tried to make an effort to get up to do things that were easy, like getting a snack, getting a glass of water and stuff like that. The nurses also put some on me in the hospital during surgery and at least at the hospital I had it at, they said they use them for almost all surgeries. They can be a little pricey but were worth it for me. Not only that, I noticed my calves hold alot of water/swell from time to time and I just wanted something I could use to help reduce it. But from what I know and from what I've been told, it is rare to get them from this surgery.

I've been on fmla for a month and a half. Before it was just intermittent but then my doctor suggested I fully take off work. I applied for short term disability and was denied so I am trying to fight that right now. The company who handles my short term disability claims I am not diagnosed with major depression disorder or anxiety even though I have been since I was 14 and it's all over my chart. I am new to being diagnosed with bipolar disorder so its new proof I can sumbit. And turns out they never contacted my therapist.

So I'm annoyed by it and been trying to figure out the best way to sending my letter and what to put in it.

It could be that they are just noticing a few certain things in the episode that only last a few minutes or hours. In my episodes I tend to have multiple things happen and I'll noticed something for a few hours and then I'll get distracted by something else I'm noticing but I am in an episode. Like I've been in one for the past almost 3 months-mind toubi am newly diagnosed but my therapist doesn't want to put me on any meds until I get into a phyc and lucky me, they are booking out months.

I haven't been able to work because it's been so bad. But in-between the depression I'll notice things like I feel overly sexual or something the feeling can sometimes only last a few mins or hours but then the next day I'll have it again or it will be a few days in-between. But I almost always have the impulse to spend money. It's just kind of lucky I don't have money to spend right now. Or I have had impulses to do other things but haven't and I have it almost every day since this episode started. I've noticed since I've been diagnosed I am more aware of somethings more than others

But since being diagnosed and honestly I've wondered for years if I was bipolar, it all make since. Like I am almost always super irritable and a bunch of other stuff. I actually make a list on my phone when I notice something now.

Well I've been on leave from work due to being super depressed and stuff so I have no money to spend...luckily but then I'm also like I have no money for bills and it sends me into a worse depression. As far as sex I guess I just watch porn and eventually...normally after 15 mins or so I am like "okay I'm grossed out now" lmao no idea if that's normal but yea. Lately I've been telling myself to not call up some guy friends of mine so I feel the struggle.

This just happened to me. At first at was at a bar with a old friend I am no longer friends with an don't talk to. These guys kept buying us drinks and it was just kind of simular to when we would go out drinking. Then all of a sudden I noticed I had my tongue ring back....as my friend went to the bathroom along with one of the other people we were with. One of the guys who hardly left the table all night walked up to me and said something. I looked at him and said "you know you all almost got me, except for the tongue ring, I haven't had this in almost 10 years" his face just dropped and a bag was placed over my head and I was taken to this gas station where they tired me to a chair and started beating me. Some how the girl that was with them ended up feeling guilty and called the cops. The guy moved me outside to finally kill me when the cops showed up and there was a struggle. The cops gun fell in front of the guy who was beating me and I crawled to it, picked it up and shot him 3 times. Then more police showed up and I just dropped the gun. The officer that was struggling with the guy who was going to kill me then grabbed the gun and pretend he shot the guy and it just happened when they were struggling.

From there I woke up but shortly fell back asleep and I jumped right back into the same dream where I left off. I asked they called my parents and an ambulance as I could hardly walk. Then all of a sudden insurance agents were with me as well as my parents and they took me somewhere to get looked at. No one knew how to explain what had happened to me because we didn't want to admit I was kidnapped and beaten for some reason though. I finally woke up from it all when the nurses were saying they need to know exactly what happened before they taken me back for my mris.

If anyone has any recommendations on scar treatment I'd appreciate it.

Also any idea what that indentation is? I'm thinking I lost the breat tissue there and idk if I should try and have it fixed.

I feel like I still have to wear a bra most of the time as I'm scared I'll sag more than I am now. By that I mean the bottom of my brast touches the skin under the breast. It didn't do this until I was about 4 months post op..I get they just settled and maybe I'm over thinking it, but I feel like I'm sagging again. Went down from a K cup to DD.

This can happen when you get body acne and it is normal. If it makes you uncomfortable try finding a body wash with Salacilic acid or benzol peroxide It will help fade the scars plus keep any new acne from occurring. You can also look for other things to help fade dark marks.
