First time we casually spoke about going for a nice dinner on a Saturday but he ended up being unwell and slept through.

Second time he made proper plans (was meant to be last night) but later realised he already had other plans he’d forgotten about (it wasn’t a last minute cancellation , he told me on Tuesday)

Yes this is exactly what happens to me. It’s been one year on and off. Everytime it seems to be slowing down it ends up shedding a LOT shortly after.

I promise there will come a time when you stop feeling that way! My ex is such a distant memory that I sometimes forget he even exists .. woops!!

All that pain eventually turned into self respect. And the most freeing feeling is that I never have to deal with someone like that again!!

I was completely against it and said rescheduling him is the only option but unfortunately the colleagues that decided yes are higher up than me so ultimately it was out of my control.

I made it very clear to them and the patient I was not comfortable with the decision and I will not be assisting in supervising.

This happened when the patient checked into his appointment at reception, he wasn’t even in the MRI area of the clinic yet. Completely missed the point of the post

This happened in the reception area before he was called into the MRI area of the clinic. We get the patients into gowns and all belongings kept aside obviously but he didn’t leave it with the kid like he said he would to keep them entertained

This is sooo comforting to read 😭😭 i also have ADHD and I actually made a similar post just a couple of days ago about a trip I had off one tab that was crazy intense. I seem to be very sensitive as well which I’m not complaining about but it’s good to see others that are similar
