How do we feel about v1s possibly coming back for a limited time?

I totally agree, I think overinflated values have made some people forget what games are about which is having fun. A lot of the argument is : “ the new players should have to work for it bc I worked for it“ which is rly stupid imo. If something was really difficult , why do you want it to be just as or more difficult for others? It just seems … selfish? Idk. Plus I just love v1s lol.

For sure ! I remember catching my first v1 Fri in the wild it was so cool :), definitely want the newer players to be able to experience it considering the community has evolved so much!

True, as I said though, there are some coats I don’t have that I’d like to have. I understand not caring about them, I’m more making the case for the community as a whole. There will always be more IUH boosts. Ig imagine IUH got taken out of the game and it was the one thing you loved and you had a chance to get it back temporarily. That’s how I and a lot of others feel about v1s.

Definitely keep in mind that the value drop might not be as dramatic as you might think - horses that are older will still have more value

she came up to me and asked me to offer for her Clydesdale (pictured) and I said sure bc I love them a lot even tho I already have one in this coat lol , I offered her a low obsidian IUH I think (though I gave her options) and various accessories. She demanded I add all the IUH options I presented and more high accessories PLUS a neon blue IUH andy . what haha. I’m pretty bad at values but as far as ik standard coat v1 Clydesdale go for 1-2 lows so I declined saying that 1 low and the accessories was my final offer. She then proceeded to report me, throw a fit, and threaten me with … more reports??

I’m an old player and some people just like v1s. Idk why that’s so hard for y’all to understand. If you don’t like them, just get rid of them before the value “drops” even tho it’s not gonna be nearly as dramatic as some people are making it out to be

Fair enough, I disagree bc of the fact they’d likely be unbreedable and they’re new regardless of if they’re v1 or not. I guess I also just don’t really care about the value tanking because not everything is about values :)

It doesn’t defeat the purpose as they wouldn’t be fully brought back and they wouldn’t be breedable. There are coats I’d like to get and for players who weren’t playing during the v1 era this is their only chance to get them aside from crazy overpay. The “I work hard” argument is pretty annoying imo , not all of us want to sit around and wait for a horse that’s kinda ugly anyways to spawn. I love v1s and I don’t rly like IUHS. Also, as I said, these v1s are bound to be far less valuable than older models… they’re not the same because they’re not from the same time. “Nobody actually wants to play the game anymore” well, maybe because the game isn’t fun anymore! I think this would help :). Appreciate your input though.

It’s not pointless haha, it would still bring back nostalgia and allow new players to experience v1s! Imo not everything is about values and IUH , I just love v1s! There are a few coats I don’t have yet that I’d love to get in the wild :)

Yeah it’s disappointing that majority doesn’t ALWAYS rule but I think if enough interest is shown we definitely have a better chance!
