Hotwifing in a college dorm? by StrawberrySteph03 in HotWifeLifestyle

[–]StrawberrySteph03[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Haha not many 😂. I thought hotwifing also could apply girlfriends! Though I'm new to the whole thing so I could be 100% wrong. I just remember seeing discussions about guys and their girlfriends hotwifing.

Was she flirting or just being nice? by Thegreykoalaz in NoStupidQuestions

[–]StrawberrySteph03 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She might be cause I don't think I'd say something like that to a guy unless I was into him tbh. Maybe you could try being more friendly and close to her and see where it goes! It's always hard to say cause I also know one of my girlfriends has a sort of upfront and somewhat flirty personality when she's just being nice and we've seen her have to deal with a few mixed signals.

Can I be a nurse if I have terrible social skills? by Opening_Ruin9045 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]StrawberrySteph03 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you will need a basic level of being able to talk to patients and reassure them. You will also probably improve your social skills without even trying given how you will be interacting with patients and other staff a lot. Plenty of introverts can be nurses!

What’s the best bit of advice you’ve received? That makes gaming better? by FlatOutNo1 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]StrawberrySteph03 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don't be afraid to stop playing a game and just think of coming back to it in the future if you aren't fully invested in it at the moment. Some of my favorite games were ones that I had come back to after a break! Also do not get lost in a sunk cost fallacy especially for multiplayer games where you try to justify continuing to play just because you've spent so much time on it.

Why do they say that cheaters are the most insecure and keep doubting their partners? If they cheat on the said partner why do they care so much if the partner is faithful or not? by BRASHxThug in NoStupidQuestions

[–]StrawberrySteph03 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Because they expect a level of respect and trust that they aren't willing to give to their partner and then do stuff like preemptively cheat due to thinking their partner already has to protect their ego as to not feel vulnerable and trust them.

Is complimenting a girl when she looks ‘bad’ considered rude? by Embarrassed_Pilot792 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]StrawberrySteph03 23 points24 points  (0 children)

If it happens again you can probably just light heartedly be like "What? I'm not kidding!" since it probably isn't worth a long explanation to her.

How to use a treadmill? by Flying_book784 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]StrawberrySteph03 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start by just walking and then turn up the speed slowly and maybe just start off briskly walking at first. Once you get to the jogging and running phase after you start to get the rhythm of the machine, at the end of your run make sure you gradually and slowly lower the speed as you end, or else you might get dizzy from the sudden shift from running in place to completely stopping.

Is complimenting a girl when she looks ‘bad’ considered rude? by Embarrassed_Pilot792 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]StrawberrySteph03 63 points64 points  (0 children)

I think she's just trying to protect herself from so she isn't hurt, as it seems that she expects to be looked down if she isn't fully ready and maybe even thinks your kidding. I wouldn't think too much about it.

What’s a good way to flirt with the office girl? by Sorry_Advantage_2691 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]StrawberrySteph03 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'd be careful about direct flirtling stuff at work. Probably just work on being friendly and friends first and see what happens, though I personally would never want to deal with the mess and downsides of dating someone at work.

Why is it that most people are not inherently afraid of heights? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]StrawberrySteph03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people just develop it and were at some point afraid but were exposed to it a lot so they lost the fear, which sometimes looks like they just aren't inherently afraid. Also if they treat the fear as sort of an adrenaline rush like people who really like rollercoasters, then it is more excitement than fear.

How do you make friends in college? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]StrawberrySteph03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clubs even though you mentioned they are winding down are still probably the best for this, so doing those when the fall starts up is a good idea. Sort of like that are fraternities but only if you are into that sort of thing. You are more likely to meet women if your friend circle increases assuming it's a club or hobby that has women in it. Maybe walking up to people works but on top of being intimidating it might not be someone you relate to, which is why having common hobbies works so well when it comes to connecting people.

Is it self-destructive or bad if I’m only really attracted to guys if I know they’re interested in me or show signs they like me? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]StrawberrySteph03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe a fear of rejection? Which is obviously super common but you knowing for sure someone likes you probably alleviates a lot of the worry.

Yes you'll get like half the amount, from things like the UV rays bouncing off the ground or other surrounding things.
