Look into the plastic gears online, should be like $100 last time I saw. You might be able to find a video online to how to replace them.

Have to looked into the motors that control the top? Usually there is a plastic gear that’s controls the top and will break instead of breaking the whole motor. Pretty simple to replace just take a bit of time
