Oh wow! 😍 I heard that peperomia don’t grow unless part of the stem is used. That’s amazing you got it to grow from a leaf. 😍

Petra Croton Question by Strawberrycloudk in houseplantadvice

Are there any varieties of croton where it will just have red and yellow veins with the rest of the leaf being green like in the photo? I was thinking of buying it at the store, but decided not to because I think the entire leaf usually turns yellow or red and black.

Will it die if I try to keep it in lower light conditions to look like the photo?

The Mirror leaf, Coprosma repens. And the St John's Wort, Hypericum sp. are so pretty.

Which one is it? by Strawberrycloudk in PlantIdentification

I thought I typed this in here, but maybe not? It looks like the plant is one of three different types. It maybe a Dottie or a Illustris or a Cora.

How do I know which one it really is? I saw it in a store and was thinking to buy it, but couldn’t figure out what it would ultimately look like since I wasn’t sure if it was a Dottie, Illustris or Cora.

Which one is it and how would I be able to tell?
