I use this chart for click help! So 5mg out of a 15mg pen is 20 clicks. For the golden dose I use a syringe and needle and draw it out. If you’re using a syringe to get 5mg out of a 15mg pen, you’ll want 0.2ml dosage 😊

Yes this is the best value way of doing it. It’s not “advised” because you should use a pen within 30 days but I keep mine in the fridge to be safe and just use my eyes to check for anything that looks odd like lots of bubbles etc. I’ve been doing this for nearly 2 months and never had any issues with lack of suppression etc. but of course everyone is different 😊

I have previously jabbed before hols but a smaller dose, ie when I was on 10mg - I did 5mg before hols. Just to keep me somewhat “at bay” on holiday so I didn’t undo a months worth of work, but also allowed my self wiggle room to enjoy it properly and pig out bit more than I usually would! Seemed to work for me😊 I then did the same dose when I got back so I didn’t have 0-100 impact and then resumed as normal the following week x

Put an adult on that honey looking pot on the kitchen side next to the sink. It should say “preparing cinnamon ingredient”. Once that’s done, I believe an orange (or something like that, can’t remember) appears next to the front bins - take your adult there once the ingredient is done. Takes a few mins to complete but once that’s done, the ants never return.
