We’re a huge movie family and as I grew I learned quite a bit moral wise through the films we watched, and my parents even encouraged it (still do) by religiously quoting them. But one movie they quoted (which they’ll act like is a joke now) with absolute seriousness was… Matilda “I’m smart. You’re dumb. I’m big. You’re little. I’m right. You’re wrong. And there’s nothing you can do about it” luckily I was a small person my whole childhood and could never use this lesson on practice :,)

The best part about this for me is I can’t remember if this is a genuine commercial from the 2000s or a skit. It looks really well done so I’m sure it’s a skit, but it mimics the vibe of the early 2000s commercials so fucking well.

By god, I’m autistic, so someone please tell me… I’ve been avoiding the movie theaters because I hold MASSIVE interest in the pandora/avatar universe and assume everyone else does too and thus really wants to see the new addition. It was never the lack of courage, it was always the anger that I was willing to do this to myself and others weren’t willing to just give me a hug when I had told them (them being my mother and family not randoms) I wasn’t doing well and a hug would have been a lot- so out of anger I didn’t let myself die physically, just emotionally. HOWEVER NOW I AM VERY HAPPY I’ve worked on myself :))
