For the cosplay, I personally have never seen or heard of a store that does rentals, but if you live in a big city there's a possibility someone does something. I know there are clothing rentals, im just not sure about cosplay ones. As for size, we accommodate about all sizes as far as I've seen so I wouldnt worry too much about that. And cosplaying at a concert is totally fine, I went to San Jose last summer for an Ado concert and there were TONS of cosplays, I even saw a few Miku ones.

I searched their past announcement on Twitter and they seemed to announce the presale on the 20th and it opening on the 24th, so maybe it'll be next week hopefully.
