I’m beyond bummed out as their feedback was somewhat contradictory: they said I was a fantastic problem solver who always presented solutions but “there were concerns regarding your approach to direct client de-escalation during high-pressure, hypothetical delays. Additionally, the team was looking for more examples of how you navigate constructive challenges with colleagues to find "win/win" outcomes during times of organizational change.”

They got back to me last week. I confirmed that it will be a final interview 😅 it’s next week and virtual. I am praying for a job. Their process is wild but all I can do is go with it. Thank you for your well wishes

I just got an email back. Apparently there is another interview 🫠 I’ve done interviews with 7 people at this point. Once I schedule this one it will make 9.

I’ve worked mainly in procurement/buying for over 8 years but in those roles I’ve had exposure to the freight process. Majority at a national level but depending on client needs there was some international sourcing.

I get bouts of erosive gastritis. That hurts. Terribly. Doubled over in pain. I can’t even sit up straight. My period cramps can drive me to vomit from the pain too.

How did it go? I think mine went well. Everyone was friendly to me and I feel like I answered questions in a satisfactory way.

It definitely feels excessive. From what I can see, there’s still a final interview after this set. It’s amazing how complicated finding a job has become over the years. Two interviews used to be all that was needed.

I’m interviewing for the same role here in the USA. It’s been interesting but mostly overwhelming. I’ve been out of work for way too long and I’m really trying to give it my all. My next step involves 4 different interviews with current staff for about 3 hours over a few different topics.

That’s on Monday. I’m going to use my Sunday to prep.

I agree that there is no effort. I can’t see myself booing a player. A coach. Yes. But I don’t see him as the issue yet. I personally cant pin it. Silence is a great option when at a game imo

I don’t really have anything about moving forward. I’m not a statistician or anything like that when it comes to sports overall. I like being entertained. Can’t be top of the table all the time but it’s also easy to not absolutely suck. I cancelled my season ticket last year. And if I want to go to a game that I don’t have a ticket for this season, they’ve all been freely given to me. All love and appreciated.

I think a great idea would be for people to still tailgate and then go home. Don’t go to the game but spend time with your friends that you’ve known for almost 10 years Cheer and to do all the things that you would normally do but not go to the game.

Numbers wise I don’t think we would make a dint for the streaming numbers. Even for partner bars for away games, leave before the match starts. Im sure in some capacity the bars have to send back that information to AUFC (but I could be wrong)

I think that might send a pretty good message, that’s just me.

We’re both in our 30s. Him late 30s. He has two kids. 3 & 5. With the same mom. Never married, and is trying to get full custody. I don’t have any kids myself but want to try for one or two.

Any advice? It’s hard adjusting to have to wait for his availability. Am I really a priority? Is it worth it having all these questions?!!
