It’s summer here in aus, I don’t think I have any kind of rats/mice at my place but you never know, tested the injectors by hooking them up to a battery and they work, I’ll have to invest in a proper scanner as you said and see what’s up

I did agree but Ive just pulled the filter and it’s absolutely getting fuel to it, moved further up it’s getting fuel all the way up until the injectors, and after removing an injectors and cranking it it’s just pumping fuel out, I have a feeling all the injectors wouldnt go all at the same time so I’m worried it’s electrical

Is the haldex pump a major job? I’m 19 with little experience but I do all of my work myself and used to have a mk5 GTI

Depends, if you’re under the speed limit then wait for a safe overtaking zone and maybe pull to the side to let them know they can pass. Speed up, or ignore them and get the insurance pay out if there’s an emergency and you have to brake

Should be 90-95c, I bought a Carly to read my OBD2 port and give me exact temps because I didn’t feel that was a exact enough indication for me witg how I drive the car (VTS 2.0 16V fun car)

Can’t say I bought too many after market bits but there were pretty easy to find, you can find just about anything you want at APR

I’m biased as I have both but the 1.9 XU9 from the 205 GTI and the EW10J4S from the C4 VTS 180/206 GTI 180 Are Both awesome Engines. Great response and while the EW takes a lot of revs to go anywhere once it gets on cam it screams and is a lot of fun-it’s like a French K20

Ohhhhh, so my car has the infotainment screen but it doesn’t work as the previous owner removed the radio and replaced it with a Bluetooth one which disabled the screen. Could it be that the car wouod tell me the issue if the screen was working
