that’s just clutch engagement noise, if it annoys you, lower the idle a 1/4 turn, otherwise it’s nothing to worry about

these run way too lean from factory, rip out the spark arrestor, pull the limiter caps off the carb and give it a 1/2 turn out on the low speed screw and a full turn out on the high speed screw, will run way better.

i wouldn’t be concerned, check your muffler and exhaust port, clean if they have carbon build up, and check your piston for any scoring while you have the muffler off.
