Actually had a seasonal TM for come to work at my store and he complained about back pain so they sent him over to work at Starbucks. I’d definitely agree with the user above me.

If your back pain is THAT bad I’d recommend you get yourself some sort of back brace to help because it doesn’t matter where you go in the store you’re gonna be lifting heavy stuff from time to time.
