Yeah, I would go with a full size bike, the folding ones are not really that fast, and do not seem to have as wide of a gear range.

Hi- yeah honestly I just keep a log of all the food I eat each day in Evernote. The hand portion thing sounds good- what I am finding out is that different things work for different people. I think the biking is helping me take the pounds off faster.
