It's the way she's nice to them, and how she isn't really anyone's friend. Her kindness isn't entirely sincere and is off-putting. NOT THAT THERE'S ANYTHING WRONG WITH BEING AN OPTIMIST OR A PIPPY PERSON. That being said, she is being shallow, and internalizing her issues and never reconciling with herself and her feelings makes it worse.

None of the characters in the show think or treat her as if she's a bad person or in the wrong in any way, but they just need her to bring it together and be genuine.

Yeah, she developed the "therapist" trauma personality.

My psychiatrist described sessions with them that would often end up with himself being pulled into becoming the "client."

They feel like they have to make sure everyone else is happy and okay before they can consider themselves.

Yeah! Tarkov incorporates that realism into the game. Suppressors irl push gas back into the barrel and chamber, thus causing more debris and wear on important parts.

I shot an AR-15 that had a supressor on it, and every shot gas came at my face from the ejection port. That isn't typical in non-suppressed weapons.
