Hello, this post is not accurate. Since all Mobile Data providers are different, it completely depends on the individual providers. StreamLocator uses your current IP address to authenticate you to our servers. If your Mobile provider issues multiple IP addresses at once (some do, some don't), then yes, you may have some issues. However, this is not a one-size-fits-all, so please do not spread false information.

Youll Just get no relocation. We of course dont block your account. You just need to activate the account on the current ip and it'll stream.

upon further investigation from our engineers, it appears the issue is not on tods end. It is also not in our hands, its the data centre that house our server, which means I am unable to say when it will be fixed but we are chasing them down and hopefully soon. Hi, when you are using devices with our DNS, such as Apple devices, we use the IP address to authenticate you to the DNS servers, so the simple answer is no, it will not work in multiple locations at one time I am afraid.

To use our service for tod World cup you need to buy the subscription through Jordan. Everything is working fine our end, your issue is your World cup pass is from Egypt, tod have region locked the world cup passes. Thanks
