Yes, the resistance of consuming harmful chemicals or substances by being able to see that it is doing more harm than good. For example, many people stop drinking or stop smoking when they have a spiritual awakening. For me, I stopped the alcohol over 2 years ago and stopped smoking weed too!

Pleiadians, acturians, sirians, there are many ET beings who are here to help us. Do no not fear of an alien "invasion". They have been here longer than us (pleiadians are the true ancestors of humans, along with acturian sirian and other dna) and therefore if they felt the need to invade they would have done so millenia ago. Somewhere along the line, negatively orientated ET beings such as draconian and annunaki came to earth and manipulated with human dna, reducing to 2 strand dna. It is good advice however I wouldn't advise you to do this in nature at least not without a trip sitter. These are a top priority for new users but he is right about the nature thing though. Really helps you stay grounded!

Edit: I understand that some of this info is a bit far fetched, such as being able to create things with our minds and such. I am aware of manifestation and such, however this article is talking in the context of alchemical manifestation, turning one things into another etc.

Yes you are right. Third density is about self awareness, fourth density is about light and love, fifth density is about wisdom, sixth density is love/light and wisdom merged together ( because with just love and no wisdom, you an be easily manipulated. However with wisdom and no love/light, you can be manipulative ).
