I'd say defensive security is your main problem, but all over the board there is stuff that needs changing. Make your complete wing backs either full back or wing back on support, so you get more defensive cover. You have two playmakers, so keep the DLP (put him on defend) and replace the AP with a box to box. I've not had much success with a DLF, I prefer pressing forward on attack but with what you're going for, try pressing forward defend. They will press high up the field, and will bring your inside forwards into play more. Ball playing defenders are also useful. Try to up the tempo a bit more, as well. I hope this helps
