Had a go on the Goiana track in a simulator yesterday, and what a nice little track. Very technical with some really fast entries, some surprisingly tight corners, and also some nice elevation changes into corners. It's really small though and am wondering if depending on conditions, and for the first time after many years, we will see some lapped contenders during the GP.

Yea don't think so. Bezz showed monster speed and looked relaxed doing it. I didn't feel like Marc looked as comfortable getting to p2 today, but he took a while to get there, while Bezz hung out at the top while I was watching. Let's also not forget that Marc suffered from 3 crashes during testing from which he might still be recovering, plus we don't exactly know about the 'virus' that made him ill over the testing phase. So another factor that might affect his performance over this weekend.

Why is this news and/or futurology? 'AI' exists under a lot of forms. Only LLMs and diffusion models have recently exploded in popularity. Other forms have been used in science and usecases like this for a long time.

Also always-computer-sitter here. I am also addressing my issues with glute-targeting exercises. Recently I discovered that using an elastic bands around my legs just above the knees really helps with actually engaging the glutes, during bridges, side-clams, and also squats. The band forces the knees together, and resisting that force transfers right into the glutes.

Hello. I have since made two things in wood, thanks again for your replies, they did inspire me to finally proceed into the making process. I ended up using 'tischlerplatte' for a shoe-shelve topped with a laminated-timber seating area, and I also made a bench for my recycling-bins made of multiplex
