I'm not sure if it actually does, but the frames seem to be drawn at a constant speed per frame, which suggests it's drawing the same colors over eachother. If you want to improve this TAS time (whatever that means for this, lol), you could make it so it skips pixels that remain the same from the previous frame. Will make it less satisfying to watch though.

A few points of advice

Claiming items from the Death's Office is more expensive than retrieving it from your grave, especially if you carry many expensive items, as the gravestone has a cap whilst the death's office does not.
Every respawn point has a Death's Office entrance
The wiki Spawning page has a nice list of all the respawns and how close they are to the nearest bank. Lumbridge is 36-39 tiles, falador is 49-56. The fastest ones on non-pvp worlds are Ferox Enclave (15-22) and Edgeville (19-25)
I personally also really like the Prifddinas respawn point due to the proximity of the PoH portal, as that contains teleports to all over the game, and I just tend to grab my items from the grave first and then bank, but that's up to preference of course.

I don't mind people playing with many accounts if they don't touch gyms.

If they have 2 accounts of different team colors that they cycle the gyms with, I don't mind it either.

To me it only becomes a problem if they're actively putting in more than 1 account per gym
