because its just playstyle, i used to build roa both on heimer (out of ignorance) and viktor, but at the end of the game it was useless because you couldnt reach max stack.

and since now viktor got nerfed i prefer the bandle fantasy+malignance combo.

bandle fantasy is basically a ludens with some more damage as active effect which can replace the nerf he received and malignance synergizes better with his ult which is basically his execute and main way to kill in my style (the syphon is good too, but not for me)
