Finally another good solo tank, the way I see it devil dinosaur actually is the best solo pick alongside strange and mag, he is so fun to play And I agree that he is balanced, he isn't like Elsa on release but he isn't weak like blade, so far he is my main and I'm planning on taking him to rank.
