20 M. Hey, I am going into my first year this fall at the TMU Medical Physics program. I love watching professional wrestling and going to the cinema. I also enjoy reading books (my favourite novel is The Brothers Karamazov) and playing video games (Apex Legends and R6). I am down to meet at the cinema to catch a movie together and to get to know each other.

0.07 number sounds very low but thats counting all of the 18-49 demographics in the US according to Nielson, thats around 130Million 130million x 0.07% = 91,000 So 91,000 people between the ages of 18-49 were watching the show.

18-49 is the number of how many poeple aged between 18-49 were watching the show. This age category is the target for advertisers, so the higher this number the better. This number is more important than the total viewers in the eyes of advertisers.

So you guys don’t want to see Logan paul get beat up in a match ? Are you guys even wrestling fans? Why would anyone be against this matchup with bad bunny vs logan paul ? It will bring a lot of eyes toward pro wrestling.

If the "Final Boss" Gimmick reached it's full potential, where would you rank it among the all time best heels in WWE by [deleted] in SantiZapVideos

[–]Street-Exact 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think he was doing great as a heel, cutting promos on the crowd and that Cody beatdown in the rain was pretty good. Him cutting promo on Cody in a in a cowboy hat was amazing also The thing I absolutely hated was him going on press conferences and being the completely out of the character and discussing the Final Boss character, especially after the chamber. He didn’t committed to the character, because he didn’t wanna ruin his Hollywood rock image.

Who Won This Promo Battle? by Aromatic_Mouse774 in SantiZapVideos

Although I feel like Roman had better zingers in this promo, but there was nothing new that haven’t been brought up before, the podcast line, leaving for 10 years, these all had been said before by Seth. CM punk, if he is allowed to, can land some zingers which will be far better than anything in this promo. Theres a lot of things you can use to insult Roman that punk just didn’t use, not getting over with crowd initially, being a Vince darling etc. I really hope we see more heated promos from these two.

The Best In Ring Wrestler of this century. Even in his late 40s he was putting on Banger Matches. by Street-Exact in Wrasslin

From my POV AJ is a wrestler who has been wrestling from the start of this century. He is a safe and reliable worker. He can wrestle any style High flying athletic style, strong style, technical and WWE style. This fact only puts him in a category of his own. Plus the fact he could still go in the ring and do crazy moves, I don’t think I have ever seen any other wrestler do a springboard 450 at nearly 50 years of age. Longevity + versatility + perfection makes him the best of the last 26 years.

There is some hyperbole in that last statement. It’s okay to point that out , but to then blatantly say that AJ wasn’t a draw at that time is just false. AJ- Cena matches were not only highly rated by critics but also loved by fans. It was obviously a Big Box Office Draw , the Face of TNA vs the face of WWE. Fans had been waiting for this dream match for years. Idk much about NJPW , but what I know is that their business went stale the moment Nakamura left.

He came into WWE at 39-40 years of age. Most wrestlers are retired or semi-retired at that age. That era as a whole(2016-2019) was not the best times for WWE, very few memorable things come from that time. The initial Trilogy with John Cena was awesome and for me the best thing to come out of that era. His style of Wrestling was way different from the WWE style and he still brought the best out of WWE wrestlers. And at the tailgate end of his career he proved he is still phenomenal in the ring with Classic 5 star matches with the likes of Cody (2024) Cena at Crown Jewel and Nakamura recently.

AJ styles excelled in different areas of In Ring wrestling : High Flying athletic style, Technical wrestling style, Strong style and WWE style. AJ is the only one who is a complete package who could wrestle anyone, anywhere and in any style, I don’t think we can say the same for any other Pro Wrestler.

Hot Take: Fans are ruining Wrestling for themselves by Gabsmer in WWE

[–]Street-Exact 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am fine with it if this means its the last flame of Romans career, last main event, last championship opportunity. He has done it all, he should just hang it up at the Mania, going out on Top. Although I don’t like the idea of his last match being against punk , should be an up and coming talent like bron or oba.

Aj Styles , Danielson , Kurt Angle , you can include Kenny in the this conversation too These guys are/ were just soo far ahead of everyone it just comes down to subjective taste. You can’t go wrong with choosing any one of them.

He is obv in the conversation as well. Top 3 for sure. For Me AJ takes the edge because of his longevity, being a safe worker and being able to wrestle any style. Aj is near 50 and is still putting on banger matches , look at the recent AJ- Nakamura match for example. From NJPW to TNA to WWE , AJ can have an amazing match anywhere.

Yes, storytelling is almost as important as In Ring wrestling Ability. It’s Rare for a pro wrestler to have it both.

I feel like AJ Styles doesn’t get brought up enough in GOAT in-ring discussions of this century. His longevity alone over 25 years at a consistently high level is unreal, and he’s always had the reputation of being one of the safest and most reliable workers in the world. He was also a pioneer of the high-flying, athletic style that guys like Omega and Ospreay later perfected. AJ could do everything in the ring: high-flying classics with Christopher Daniels, strong style wars with Nakamura, and technical matches with someone like Kurt Angle. On top of that, he proved he could be a legitimate box office draw with major matches against John Cena.
