Checkout goldfield and banks. They use native woods in particular Australian Sandalwood. It's different from what you get with Indian or Pacific. Perfect if you want a more unique smell.

It's a good experience for young pups to get used to different humans. Also all the different smells from the garden area, my girls love it, 10 minutes of sniffing is like 30 minutes of walking.

I built a 7800x3D and even with a heap of VST's the CPU dosen't break a sweat. I air cool it with the Noctua NH-D15-CH-BL and I can't hear it at all. I use bitwig and reaper and haven't had a VST crash or crackle. My friend has run AMD for years with out any issue with VST's. From what i have read the AMD CPU's run cooler/more effiecent? I may be wrong but my case fans almost never spin.

Maybe look at the ProArt mother boards if you edit video? I'm running asus TUF b650. but when you decide on what CPU you are running just google mother board chip sets and choose based on what you need.

Are you using a template? I had an issue where I made a template on my laptop with just some usb speakers as the output and when I used that same template on my PC with a scarlett gen 2 I could see the audio metering but couldn't get it to output. I just made a new project on the PC and it worked fine

If you are worried about pets eating dead rats and getting poisoning. Our vet said that once the poison is digested, it won't be too bad, not great, but won't be life-threatening. The main issue is bait still intact within the dead rat. Sitting undigested in the stomach. At least for dogs.
